Extension Matters for USM Fellowship Holders

 

  • All USM Fellowship holders (batch 3/08, 1/09 and 2/09) are required to submit your application MANUALLY for extension of your fellowship one month before the end of your appointment.
  • You are required to download the extension form and submit to the School/Centre you are studying in.

However,

  • All USM Fellowship holders (batch 1/10 – 1/11) are required to apply for the extension online. You need to get the printed hard copy of your application endorsed by your Dean/Director before submitting to the Institute of Postgraduate Studies for evaluation.

To avoid confusion, the secretariat will do a gentle reminder through your personal emails.
 

Current fellowship holders are requested to complete a mid-term progress report (click here to download) every 6th month of your tenure as a Fellowship holder. Failure to submit the report might jeopardize the extension of your fellowship.
