The 2nd Symposium

“Injecting Humanistic Values to Our Education"

The 2nd Symposium of USM Fellowship Holders 2011 is a special programme for USM Fellowship holders to instil their writing and encourage publishing culture. It was introduced by the Institute of Postgraduate Studies in 2009 to strengthen the value of the USM Fellowships. A proceeding will be thoroughly indexed and made accessible via CABI database.
 

The Symposium aims to:-

• emerge as a value-added programme for the USM Fellowship holders in enhancing their presentation, writing and publishing skills
• provide the opportunity for the USM Fellowship holders to present and discuss their research ideas with each other
• bring together all the USM Fellowship holders in an academic platform
• create the awareness of the importance of being academically engaged while being efficiently linked through networking sessions

Who should participate 
All current USM Fellowship Holders are required to submit an abstract but only the selected will be required to submit full paper for this Symposium. Others will be invited for poster presentation
